The film tells the story of two high school girls living in Nasukarasuyama who are helping local radio stations to revive their city. Natsuo [played by Daito Shunsuke] and Ryuji [played by Sakumoto Takara] came to Nasukarasuyama to run the radio station. They are looking for local material as a program material and they have to face the reality if a local festival called "Yamaage Matsuri" is difficult to hold. 2 high school girls were trying to help Natsuo and Ryuji in overcoming the situation.
Regarding this film, Kuranoo commented, "This film tells the story of high school students who are trying hard to lift interesting things from their hometown, it has something in common with the activities done by Team 8. I am happy to have been invited to play in this movie."
